No matter how much you might think you have your life in control there is always room for improvement. By using this planner, you are able to take a step back and find where you are and see where you want to be.

As you can see from the pictures, I decided to choose the faux leather pink design with a golden letter finishing. There is also the option to choose between black and grey designs as well. For the price of £20.95, you can have your very own hardback journal consisting of beautifully prepared ivory paper. Considering the quality of this product is very high I think the price is extremely reasonable.

daily affirmations

Daily Gratitude

By practising gratitude and affirmations on a daily basis, you will create a positive mindset which will help you tackle any obstacle you face. Not only will you be creating a happier enviroment but you’ll also be helping to improve oneself. Since recieving my diary I’ve noticed that I actually look forward to waking up in the mornings. Being able to spend a few moments each morning to consider all the things ‘I’m grateful for’ is a fantastic feeling.

Daily Affirmations

For someone who gets a new diary every January I can’t say I’ve ever come across one that includes this. Daily affirmations can have such an important impact of your thoughts, feelings and mental health in general. To ensure you keep your head full of Mindfulness, daily affirmations can often be a great resource. As someone who really struggles to not be negative 99% of the time, I found this part really beneficial for my well being. Each day I use sites such as Pinterest to discover new quotes and write this in my daily affirmation section.

Todays Tasks/Notes

The todays task part is the perfect solution for anyone who struggles to get jobs done. With the help of this section, I can keep on track with all the things I need to complete throughout the day. Helping you to become more productive and fulfilled in your life.

Every morning I make sure to spend 10 minutes writing out the most important jobs I need to complete. Of course, if I do not complete some of my jobs by the end of the day, I make sure to reflect and ask myself why did I not manage to achieve this? I never make myself feel guilty for not completing however, I do try to use this planner to make myself as productive as I can.

Great Things That Have Happened Today:

Some days I get so caught up in myself that I forget to take a step back and reflect on the good. I think this is a brilliant idea to help increase positive thoughts and keep yourself smiling. It’s often that we focus so much on the negatives and forget to appreciate the positives. This way at the end of each day I take 10 minutes to think about all the things I am grateful for. If you can’t think of anything good, maybe the quotes at the bottom of every page will help inspire you and make you feel positive anyway.
