This is the age of corporate wage suppression, where we all have to work hard for very long hours for a payday that never quite catches up with the increasingly inflated cost of living. We tend to compartmentalise the way we look at our stress. We tend to forget that our psychological state can have a profound effect on our physicality and vice versa. There are many ways in which we can choose to rid our minds and bodies of stress, but whichever getaway suits you best, often merely the act of changing your scenery is enough to aid your relaxation and recovery!
